Shipping

Please note that all items are made to order.  Please allow 5-7 business days for manufacturing and an additional 2-3 days for shipping.  We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once shipped.  There will be no adjustments or refunds for late deliveries.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address stipulated in your order.  There will be no refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Quality Issues

Returns are handled on a case by case bases for items with quality issues.  To be eligible for a refund on defective products, please email us within 7 business days of receiving your item and return the item together with receipt/proof of purchase. All refunds will be applied store credit. No cash refunds.
