Disclosure:
1)Product creation
-All products are created per POD (Print on demand) order basis, meaning your product is only printed once your order is placed to ensure less consumption and waste.
– Processing and printing your order will have a lead time of 7-10 Working days, excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping time.
– This lead time is for creating and printing your order only.
2)Product Returns
-With the products being POD unfortunately you are not able to request any returns except on manufacturing defects.
– Please make sure you select the right color and size!
– To log an RMA on manufacturing defects you need to send an email to [email protected] with a minimum of two (2) photos showing the defects.
– If the defects are a direct result of manufacturing errors, options will be discussed via email to find a resolution.
3) Shipping
We hold no responsibility or liability for courier errors, delays, damage or lost packages, once your order is handed over to the courier facility it becomes your responsibility to check your tracking and use that information to dispute any occurrence you may encounter with the courier facility.
