If you have an issue with your order, contact this number 072 751 7226 or email [email protected] directly within 30 days of product delivery and return the affected garment/garments to this address 28 5th Avenue, Lambton, GP. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement at no cost to you. Some issues do not qualify for replacement, they are outlined below.

1. Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an Order has been sent to production the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color or supplied bad quality or incorrect artwork, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds . The Customer is responsible for relaying the correct information . 
2. The Production times listed on the Website of 4-7 days are estimated average times and are in no way guaranteed. If Your Order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact us. If the Produced Order is lost during Shipment, we will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate
3. If shipping was not calculated at checkout for any reason or non reason. Such as choosing the incorrect shipping method or area was inputted incorrectly and shipping was not added. If not being collected payment for shipping must be made in full and proof of payment sent before the goods will be shipped.
4.  If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
