If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of product delivery and return the affected item/items. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement.
Exchanges or refunds are for items that are damaged or stained upon delivery. Wrong sizes or colors cannot be exchanged unfortunately as these are made to order items.
